​MAN WILL ALWAYS BE MAN​

Too often our minds wander wild
Far into dark territories of sin
We think dirty and act stupid
Then come back to our senses
When the voyage of lust is over
We are left marooned on the shores of guilt
Where giants of centuries were slain

If angels did err
Who is man that he should boast

They are not men who led perfect lives
At the core of our being
Lies a beast that cannot be tamed
The best of men
Are just the best of beasts suppressed
Man will always be man
