President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday approved the appointment of Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo as the new Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme for former Niger Delta militants.
Mr. Femi Adesina, the special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, made this known to newsmen on Tuesday.
He replaces Brigadier-General Paul Boroh (Rtd).
